All of our prices are in US Funds. New York residents will be charged applicable sales tax. We accept the credit or debit card types shown on our home page. We accept PayPal payments from verified and confirmed PayPal members. Check or money order payments are accepted for domestic orders only and must be received before we process your order. We reserve the right to return ordered items to stock if payment has not been received in a timely manner.

SHIPPING OPTIONS Continental US Shipping options are UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Other US locations may use USPS Priority Mail. Valid shipping estimates are calculated by the selected shipper (UPS or USPS) and are based upon the shipping address and your order's calculated weight.

DO NOT ACCEPT "STANDARD SHIPPING."  Please be sure that your shopping cart shows that the order will be shipped by either UPS or USPS.  Our ProStore shopping cart substitutes Standard Shipping rates if the actual shipper cannot calculate shipping charges. This will happen if you check your cart before you have entered a valid ship-to zip code. Since Standard Shipping rates are very high (more on this later) some potential customers were discouraged from placing their order. We addressed this problem by emphasizing the need to enter a ship-to zip code on the shopping cart page.  A far worse situation has occasionally occurred when a customer was able to actually place an order specifying Standard Shipping. We are assuming that this happened because, for some reason, the shipper's website was not available during checkout so Standard Shipping was substituted. The website does not show that a substitution was made; the only indication is a high shipping charge for Standard Shipping. We have not been able to duplicate this situation and can only offer the suggestion that If Standard Shipping shows up on your order, try updating the cart.

There is no such thing as Standard Shipping from Bingo13.  ProStore's Standard Shipping module requires a lot of complex information to arrive at what may be an accurate shipping charge estimate. We are simple shopkeepers and do not want to try and figure out how to make this work, so we elected to set rates that should cover worst case deliveries. You might be surprised what it costs to deliver a package from Minnesota to the bottom of the Grand Canyon.  Besides, the real shippers will calculate the estimate, right? Well, maybe not. We have recently received orders that show Standard Shipping. One order that should have cost $17.32 for UPS was entered as $32.00, WOW. We are trying to sell our inventory, not gouge cusomers for shipping charges. If we notice an order like this, with more than a few dollars overcharge, we will issue a refund to the customer. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your order, simply contact us within 30 days of the date on your receipt for a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if your order was damaged during shipping.

YOUR PRIVACY

The management of Bingo13 wants you to know that we respect your privacy. Any and all information collected on this site during the course of normal business will be kept strictly confidential and will not be marketed, sold or disclosed. However, information aquired during attempts to defraud Bingo13 may be made available to appropriate agencies and included in a chargeback abuser database. To protect sensitive information, our site enters a secure mode during checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Bingo13 makes every effort to assure that goods received by our customers are satisfactory in every way. The overwhelming majority of our customers are absolutely the best. A very few have attempted to use the "chargeback" policy of their credit card's issuing bank to receive a refund they are not entitled to. We maintain complete records containing ordering information and shipping confirmation so we have consistently won these disputes. There is a considerable amount of time and effort required to disprove the false claims and we are without the disputed funds plus a hefty charge levied by the credit card company until the issue is settled. In order to maintain our low prices and provide quality service we have decided to register with the folks at chargebackprotection.org.

In the event that a chargeback is placed on a purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include name, email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback + $50 for processing fees by cashier's check or money order.
